What is Griffonia Seed?

Griffonia Seeds are derived from the plant Griffonia simplicifolia, which can be found growing in western and central Africa. Griffonia Seed Extract has grown in popularity in the west due to the extract containing large quantities of the compound 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). The 5-HTP compound is a key building block in the synthesis of serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that plays an important role in regulating the body's mood, appetite and sleep.

What is L-Theanine?

L-Theanine is an amino acid mainly found in green and black tea, sometimes mushrooms too. The main reported benefits of L-Theanine is that the amino acid promotes a more relaxed state, reducing anxiety and stress levels.
