I’ve tried quite a few similar products before but this one honestly feels better quality. It’s become part of my daily routine now and I’m really happy with it so far.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Each one-a-day Omega-3 Fish Oil capsule contains 180mg of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA), and 120mg Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA).
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Buying fish oil tablets can enhance your overall health and reduce inflammation.
Please note, this product contains a fishy odour.

Swallow one softgel capsule daily, with food or as advised by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the stated daily intake.
