Folic Acid helps reduce the risk of neural tube defects by supporting the development of the brain and spine. It is most effective when taken as a daily dose of 400μg (which is included in each serving). It is recommended starting at least a month before conception and continuing for up to three months during pregnancy.
Vitamin K1 helps with avoiding blood clotting while supporting bone health, while Vitamin B12 is vital for the red blood cell formation and nervous system function. Biotin aids in maintaining healthy hair, skin, and nails, which is especially beneficial during pregnancy.
Additionally, Zinc is very effective in immune function and fertility, supporting not only conception, but also healthy fetal development once pregnant. Suggested Use
